This week’s tech task was to develop a budget spreadsheet using Google Spreadsheet.
I found Google Spreadsheet to be fairly similar to Microsoft Excel. The one difference I have noticed is the formula codes are different between the programs, but Google Spreadsheet provides you with an easy access formula search that allows you to find exactly what you are looking for. Having seen Google Docs presented to us in class today and its uses and features, I cannot wait to spend more time learning and creating using this software.
Here is my Budget Spreadsheet. This is a budget reflecting one semester at university.
I wish this was actually what one semester at university would cost students in 2012!
